Philippians 3:9

 And be found in him not having righteousness of mine own even that which is of the law but that which is through faith in Christ the righteousness which is from God by faith

Working through the trials of life is a stumbling block for non believers. That can lead to a sin filled life. One must have their faith of the lord. To receive the righteousness of God. Look when you came to Christ you came as bankrupt sinners. You didn’t offer him anything. You come with nothing we are beggars we have nothing and he has everything and he has offered it to us. 

We put ourselves in a sea saw action when we live a life of the law but now what God intentions are for us. Living by the world gains us nothing in the lords eye. And eye for and eye, no more like a heart for a heart. That what god has given on top of himself. Though we think we may be able to handle what the word and the law mean we will find ourselves back in sinful ways I. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We can receive the t is explained in Romans 10: 1-8 that righteousness Cabot come by the law because all human beings are sinners.righteousness of god is by faith in him, fellowship in him, a life in him. This is what is meant by being in him. Being spiritually united to Christ and therefore not found guilty before gods Divine judgment.
